Custom tracking domain

By default, tracking links use an Integr8-hosted domain. You can replace this with your own subdomain (for example track.yourdomain.com) to improve publisher trust and avoid blocklists tied to shared infrastructure. Integr8 provisions SSL for the subdomain automatically once DNS is verified.

Before you begin

  • Have access to the DNS settings for the parent domain.
  • Pick the subdomain you want to use, for example track.yourdomain.com or go.yourdomain.com.

Add a custom tracking domain

  1. Go to Offers > Integration Settings.
  2. Open the Domain Setup tab.
  3. Click Add Domain.
  4. Enter your subdomain, for example track.yourdomain.com, then click Next.
  5. Integr8 generates the CNAME records your DNS provider needs. Keep this dialog open as a reference while you update your DNS settings.
  6. Add the CNAME records to your DNS provider. Copy each value directly from the dialog.
  7. Integr8 checks your DNS automatically. Once all records are verified, click Done.

DNS propagation typically takes 5 to 30 minutes. SSL is provisioned automatically once the CNAME is verified. Use CNAME records only - do not add A records for this subdomain.

Manage domains

Once a domain is added you can manage it from the actions menu on the Domain Setup tab.

ActionWhat it does
Set as defaultUses this domain automatically for new tracking links
Verify DNS RecordsManually re-triggers DNS verification if propagation is taking longer than expected
Switch to go2link.coShows instructions for updating your CNAME back to the shared Integr8 gateway
DeactivateDisables the domain without deleting it - existing links stop resolving
DeletePermanently removes the domain. Cannot be undone

Deleting an active domain breaks every tracking link that uses it. Deactivate first, then update affected links before deleting.

DNS provider guides

The setup dialog surfaces step-by-step guides for the most common DNS providers. If you need help outside the dialog, use the AI-assisted walkthroughs linked there - they cover Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, and others. Your provider’s console link is also shown directly in the dialog once your domain is recognized.
