Offers
Offers are the campaigns publishers promote. The Offers section is where you create offers, configure payouts and targeting, set up smart links for multi-offer routing, manage integration settings, and control tracking domains and postback infrastructure.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”A misconfigured offer breaks attribution before traffic even starts. Redirect URLs, conversion definitions, and tracking links must be correct on day one. Integration settings and custom domains affect every offer in your account, so get those right during setup rather than debugging silent conversion loss later.
How the section is organized
Section titled “How the section is organized”The docs mirror the Integr8 app menu under Offers:
- Offers management covers creating offers and configuring per-offer settings: tracking links, conversion and event tracking, revenue and payouts, caps, targeting, landing pages, and fraud detection.
- Smart links routes traffic across multiple offers from a single URL.
- Global settings holds account-wide defaults on the Integration Settings page.
- Global Tracking covers custom domains, JavaScript tracking, global postback URLs, and the offer URL parser.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Creating an offer before the advertiser exists. Assign every offer to an advertiser so reporting and billing stay clean.
- Mixing global and offer-level postbacks for the same integration. Pick one path to avoid duplicate conversions.
- Skipping the
{transaction_id}macro in the redirect URL. Without it, conversions cannot be attributed to clicks. - Configuring a custom tracking domain but generating links before DNS verification completes.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Publisher setup to onboard traffic sources for your offers.
- Affiliate postback setup to fire conversion data to publisher tracking systems.
- Global tracking settings for account-wide tracking defaults on the Integration Settings Settings tab.
